Fr. Leo Farewell	Fr. Leo Butler will become the pastor at Immaculate Conception Church located at 211 Summit St, Norwood, NJ 07648. Plan to join the parish for coffee and refreshments following the 12:00 Noon Mass on June 15, 2008.
Parishioners          on Medicare	Information on 2007 Medicare Part D Prescription coverage is available to all parishioners on Medicare through Catholic Golden Age. Call 1-866-825-4210 for enrollment info.
Medjugorje Peace Mass	On the 3rd Wednesday of every  Month we will celebrate a Medjugorje Peace Mass here at Sacred Heart Church.   Recitation of the Rosary begins at 7:30 PM followed by the Mass and Benediction ending at 9:00 PM.
Attention Students who will apply to Catholic High School This Fall!	In order to apply to the 32 Catholic High Schools in the four counties within the Archdiocese of Newark, students in the 8th grade must take the 2008 COOP Exam. RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)	RCIA welcomes individuals to the Catholic Community. Individuals who have not received one or more of the sacraments (Baptism, Communion, Reconciliation, or Confirmation) are encouraged to join. Adults who received all Sacraments that wish to learn more about the faith are also welcome! Call Karl Patterman at 201-843-1077 to inquire about the RCIA program.
Mass Book Opens	For Year 2008,  Mass Book opens Friday, December 7  at 9:00 AM in lower church hall. Each parishioner is limited to 4 Masses, however, each Mass may involve more than one intention. The offering for All weekday Masses at 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM,  Saturday morning  is $10.00. The offering for Saturday evening and all Sunday Masses is $20.00 All intentions are on a first come basis. No Mass intentions are accepted prior to the above scheduled time.

Harrison House        Paramus, NJ	Your Help is  needed! Harrison House is a residence for people who suffer from HIV/AIDS. They depend on individuals to prepare their dinner, on a daily basis. Currently 7 residents are housed. If you like to cook, please call the Executive Assistant of New Jersey Buddies, Connie Leonard at 201-489-2900. Thank you.
Bereavement Ministry	This ministry offers support for people mourning the loss of a loved one. Please join in a calming atmosphere, and let us provide emotional support to deal with your grief. Call Rosemarie at 201-843-8368.  .
Eucharistic Adoration	Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament starts at 8:30 AM on first Friday of the month.     Concludes at 8:30 AM Saturday morning. Why spend a holy hour before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament? Answer:   Jesus Christ, the God-Man is present.
Special Mass/Support Group Meeting	A special Mass and support group meeting for all who are affected by the disease of alcoholism will take place at the Church of St. Mary, 20 Legion Place, Closter on Saturday, February 19th at 12:00 Noon. This month the Mass will include the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick for all suffering from the disease. For further info about the Mass and Meeting, call Fr. Jim Mc Kenna at 201-768-7565.

Ministry Certificate Programs	The Center for Theological and Spiritual Development offers programs in Pastoral Administration, Pastoral Ministry, Religious Education, Youth Ministry, Hispanic Pastoral Ministry and Diaconal Ministry. These programs are designed for those serving in parish ministry roles. Retrouvaille    Rediscovery in Marriage	RETROUVAILLE (Rediscovery) is being offered by the Family Life Office of the Archdiocese of Newark. This ministry provides very practical tools to struggling couples who would like to work at restoring their relationships while realizing the need for God in all aspects of their forgiveness and healing. The program is three fold and begins with a weekend experience on March 4-6.
